Danielle Dapple and miniature Dachshund Puppies For Adoption is dedicated to providing high-quality Miniature Dachshund puppies, accessories, food, and services that meet the needs of our customers. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to request a refund. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we’ve outlined our refund policy below to guide you through the process.

1. Puppies and Health Services:

  • Puppy Returns:
    We take great pride in the health and well-being of our puppies, and we thoroughly vet and care for every puppy before they are made available for adoption. Because each puppy is a unique living being, we do not accept returns or exchanges of puppies after they’ve been adopted. However, in the rare case of a health issue identified within 7 days of adoption, we may offer a partial refund or replacement puppy based on a vet’s report.
  • Health Guarantee:
    We offer a 14-day health guarantee for puppies. If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic condition or serious health issue within 14 days of adoption, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement puppy, depending on the situation. All health concerns must be verified by a licensed veterinarian.

2. Accessories, Food, and Non-Puppy Products:

  • Returns and Exchanges:
    We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an accessory or food item, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Refund Process for Accessories and Food:
  • Unused items: Items that are unopened and in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different product.
  • Used items: For products that have been opened or used (e.g., food or grooming supplies), we may offer an exchange for a similar product, but refunds are not available.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure that the package arrives safely.

3. Vaccination Services:

  • Vaccination Service Refunds:
    Vaccination services are non-refundable once they have been administered. If there is an issue with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment, and we will work with you to resolve the matter. Refunds for services may only be considered in the case of administrative errors or if the service was not performed as scheduled.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Puppies that have been adopted and delivered to their new homes.
  • Opened food products or perishable items.
  • Items that have been personalized or customized (e.g., embroidered collars).
